This Privacy Policy describes and governs the information collection, use, and sharing practices of PowerHouse by adMixt, Inc., (“We,” “Us,” and “Our”) with respect to powerhouse.admixt.com, admixt.com, and the data collected on behalf of Our clients. (“Online Services”).

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by adMixt and not to information collected by any third-party sites to which adMixt may link or information provided to, or collected by, third-parties through third-party cookies, web beacons, or other third-party technologies served during your visit to the Online Services.

How We Share the Information We Collect With Real Estate Professionals
We share information about consumers that request a property valuation through mypropertyvalue.com and Our clients’ personalized landing pages with real estate professionals that may be able to assist you in selling or refinancing your home. Real estate professionals include real estate agents and brokers, mortgage agents and brokers, and title insurance agents and brokers.

If you have provided your telephone number and provided consent to receive telephone contact, real estate professionals may contact you via telephone to discuss their products and services. adMixt, LLC is not responsible for and does not control the telemarketing practices of the Real Estate professionals that contact you. Please direct any questions or comments regarding telephone contact to the contacting real estate professional.

Our Service Providers
We may share your personal information with third-parties that perform services for us. Third-party service providers may, among other things:

help us to provide services that you request,
prepare and distribute communications, or
respond to questions.
We may also share your information with certain third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to:

Business Transition

Miscellaneous
Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers and devices allow you to broadcast a preference that your activities online not be “tracked”. At this time, the Online Services do not take action in response to “do not track” signals.

Children
We do not provide products and services to children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove that information and terminate the child’s account.
